EIR by BÆK at Velvære Spa
Velvære is the Danish word for well-being or full circle well-being, and proud Dane, Majken Bech Bailey, is partnering with us to add another layer of sophisticated flavour and additional health benefits to every Spa Experience.
Majken has become renowned for her ability to craft delicious alternatives to commercially produced juices and drinks, first seen in her wonderful non-alcoholic pairings with the menus in a two-Michelin star restaurant. These drinks are not about pairing with food though, but all about their flavour and health-boosting qualities.
Fresh drinks based on seasonal ingredients, foraged and locally sourced, organic wherever possible, all guests of Velvære Spa will be given a seasonal juice with in the Relaxation Room after treatment.
EIR, whose name is associated with the Norse goddess of well-being, is an exciting new product line from BÆK. The name hints at its purpose and goal of promoting health and rejuvenation through its drinks. This alignment between the name, aspirations, and purpose of the product creates a cohesive and compelling narrative that resonates with consumers looking for beverages that not only taste good but also contribute to their overall health and vitality.
Best of Ingredients
Spelt using the traditional Danish language, BÆK translates to stream or brook, giving a subtle nod to one of the key pure ingredients used in each bottle, mineral water.
Created by infusing natural juices with fresh herbs, foraged plants, and tea’s to elevate the flavour profile of each drink and give them length and movement. Like water in a brook, it moves through the habitat, developing its profile along the way, depending on what nutrients it pulls from its landscape. Each drink has its own identity and mission, each bottle telling an important message, reflected and detailed in the water-based designed labels.
The drinks are based on fresh fruits, vegetables, and nut juices to give a solid foundation before adding freshness and acidity to the juice. Infused with dry fruits, vegetables, and special teas to give the complexity and length. Some offerings are further developed by adding barrel-aged balsamic vinegar, or with smoke if more complexity and depth are needed.
Currently on offer we have two natural juice infusions: Turmeric Infusion and Eagnia Shot.
These will change every few months, depending on the time of year, and what fresh ingredients are in season.

Infused with fresh turmeric, a powerful antioxidant, and pink peppercorn, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, this infusion is the perfect way to replenish and restore after relaxation. A delicious, nutrient-packed way to support your body from within.
Velvære Thermal suite experience
Hidden on the lower floor is the real gem at the heart of Velvære, a unique thermal suite experience and dedicated relaxation area offering a quiet therapeutic space. Especially designed for your well-being, our Thermal Suite experience features a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, ice station, experience showers and heated loungers.
Complimentary use of our thermal suite is included in treatments of over 60 mins.
