Directions	Step 1: Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Step 2: Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. Step 3: Support your skin with additional protection, limit direct sun exposure, wear long-sleeved clothing, a hat, and sunglasses, and always choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher for daily defence.
