Directions	Step 1: Apply the sunscreen liberally to all exposed skin areas 15 minutes before sun exposure. Step 2: If swimming or sweating, use a water-resistant sunscreen. Step 3: Reapply the sunscreen at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measures: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wear protective clothing such as long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Consult a doctor before using sunscreen on children under 6 months old."
