PLANNING YOUR EXPERIENCE

Please book your preferred treatment date in advance to avoid disappointment. Guests must be 18 years or over to use our thermal suite or to book a treatment. Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
On making a booking for your selected date and time, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. For any amendments, please refer to our cancellation policy.

ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please be advised that if you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest.

CONSULTATIONS

The team at Velvære offers a confidential consultation which will be carried out prior to your treatment. It is essential that you let your therapist know of any allergies and specific medical conditions to allow treatments to be specially screened and tailored for your safety and comfort.

MUM TO BE

Velvære has a range of tailored pregnancy treatments which are designed for after your first trimester. Please advise us of your pregnancy when booking so that we can advise you of the most suitable treatment.

ETIQUETTE

To respect the peace and relaxation of other guests, we ask that you leave your phone in the locker provided. Please do not bring valuables to the spa as we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings.

WHAT TO BRING

Guests will be provided with a bathrobe, towel and flip-flops on arrival. Please bring your bathing suit for use in our Thermal Suite.

TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Treatment cancellations received more than 24 hours before a booked treatment can be rescheduled or refunded at no additional cost. Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be completed. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of booked treatment time will incur 100% charge. Prices are per person and are correct at the time of print. This menu is subject to change.

Velvaere Spa will process all orders within 1-3 working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer a free Click and collect service. Please select Click and Collect at Checkout to avail of this option. Time slots are noted on the website. All other orders to addresses in Republic of Ireland are delivered by AnPost so that you are assured of your parcel getting to you quickly and in perfect condition. Delivery charges are noted at checkout. We will dispatch all products in appropriate and safe packaging and cannot be held responsible for damages, loss, theft or accidents that occur after goods have left the premises, in transit or on delivery. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland only.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your products and the service that you receive from us.
When you purchase online at Velvaerespa.ie you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the products.

To exercise your statutory right of return, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by contacting us at info@velvaerespa.ie. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns prior to being notified of this request.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We recommend that customers get a “proof of return” from your shipping agent to guarantee the packages are safely returned to us. Regrettably, we can take no responsibility for your returned products lost in transit.

Velvaere will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us within 14 days from date on which you acquire the products. We regret that the cost of return cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty products.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products, provided that you have returned the products to us within 14 working days of acquiring same or we receive evidence from you that the products have been sent back.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card).
Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of your receiving the products. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival, we will happily refund your item including all postage costs incurred when it is returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange products (excluding those which are found to be faulty) which were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
